Our return policy allows you to return a product for any reason within 14 days of having received it with money back (return shipping fee not included). The product must remain in unused, original condition, and in its original packaging. If we receive a damaged or worn product, we will be unable to process your return. If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us at info@holytrinitywatch.com as soon as possible to notify us, and we will make all necessary arrangements. If an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued.

Orders are guaranteed to be dispatched within two business days following approval by our fraud detection system. Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an automated shipping confirmation from us.

Holy Trinity Watch currently only delivers within Australia. We offer flat-rate registered shipping of $15 for delivery Australia-wide. Complimentary delivery applies for orders over $150.
